The editorial committee is made up of more than one hundred and sixty-one distinguished
Chinese and internationally known plastic and aesthetic surgeons. One hundred and
forty-six members come from twenty-two provinces in China; three are from United
States; six are from Japan; four are from Korea
and one each from the, Singapore and India.
Seventeen Chinese members are outstanding specialists in their field including Dr.
Tisheng Chang M.D., the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, eighteen
postgraduate instructors, thirty doctors and thirty-six chief surgeons.
The American committee members: Dr.
Micheal L Bentz, M.D., is currently professor of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery of University of Wisconsin. He is also an editorial committee member of
the Annals of Plastic Surgery (USA); Dr. Michael Allen McNutt
M.D. is the Professor of Pathology Department of PKU Medical School; Dr.
Maan Kattash is in Brverly Hills center of aesthetic and plastic surgery in LA

professor., is the honorary professor of Kinzawa university and the director of
cheilopalatognathus medical center of general hospital of Leinami City; Dr. Wakamatsu
Shingo, M.D., is professor and director of Natural Medical Research Institute of
Tokyo Female Medical University; Dr. Katsaya Takasu, M.D., is the board committee
member and the editor of the Journal of Japan Society of Aesthetic Surgery; Dr.
Tetsuo Shu, M.D., is the president of International Cosmetic Surgical Association
and visiting professor of Shanghai Second Medical University; Dr. Ryosuke Fujimori,

Singapore committee member, Dr, Boo-Chai Khoo, M.D, is the international Journal's
committee member of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (USA Editor- in-chief, Prof. Jingheng
Gao, M.D., is the honorary chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery of Liaoning
Provincial Hospital. He holds the concurrent posts of professor at the Dalian Medical
University and Graduate School of china medical University, honorary chairman of
the Chinese Society of medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology, the Chinese Society of
Reparative and reconstruction surgery, and vice president of the Chinese Association
of Aesthetic Doctors. He haspublished more than 200 papers in national specialist
journals and five books on plastic and aesthetic surgery,
Honorary editor-in-chief, Prof, Tisheng Chang, M.D., is the academician of Chinese
Academy of Engineering.

Co-editor, Prof, Wei Wang, M.D., is the
professor and postgraduate instructor of the Ninth People's Hospital of the second
Shanghai Medical University, and chairman of the Chinese Society of Reparative and
reconstruction Surgery. Dr. Wang also served as visiting professor in the Division
of Plastic Surgery, Belor Medical College and hand Surgery center of University
of Louisville of in the United States.
Co-editor, Prof, Kaihua Lu, M.D., is
the professor and postgraduate instructor of the Xinjing Hospital of the fourth
Army Medical University. He also is the vice chairman of Chinese Society of Microsurgery.
Outstanding features of the Journal

Continuous publication since foundation in 1990. First formally published journal
of aesthetic surgery
in China and second in Asia.

Comprehensive information. According to a survey of domestic readers, the journal
supplies two thirds of aesthetic surgery information,

China Journals Citation Report selected 1723 journals as the statistics sources.
The Journals was in 324 and its affecting factor was 0.640 and it was cited 637
